PRELOVED & VINTAGE CLOTHING

Miss Perf specialises in curated secondhand, vintage and preloved clothing.

Every piece is unique and may show signs of previous wear or age. We carefully inspect, photograph and describe our items, including any noticeable imperfections.

Minor signs of wear consistent with the age and condition of a vintage garment may be present. Any known significant faults will be disclosed in the product listing.

SIZING & MEASUREMENTS

Vintage sizing can differ from modern Australian sizing.

We categorise our garments into general sizes (XS, S, M, L, etc.) and provide labelled sizes, garment measurements and model information where available.

All measurements are taken with garments laid flat in centimetres and are approximate.

We recommend reviewing the product description, measurements and our Size Guide before purchasing.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions, photographs, measurements and condition details are accurate.

Where original garment labels are missing, information such as fabric composition, brand or size may be estimated and will be identified as such where relevant.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise indicated.

Payment must be completed using one of the accepted payment methods available at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors and will contact you if an error affects an order you have placed.

ORDERS & AVAILABILITY

As most Miss Perf pieces are one of a kind, stock is limited and restocks are not guaranteed.

An order may need to be cancelled if an item is unavailable due to an inventory error. If payment has already been collected, a refund will be provided for the unavailable item.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Miss Perf ships within Australia and internationally to selected destinations.

Shipping costs and available delivery methods are displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where tracking is available.

Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by postal delays, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes and other applicable fees, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Miss Perf accepts eligible change-of-mind returns within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.

Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty, significantly different from its description or incorrect, please contact info@missperf.com.au with your order number and details of the issue.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of our change-of-mind return period.

All original Miss Perf branding, photography, product descriptions and website content are owned by Miss Perf or used with permission.

You may not reproduce or use our original content for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

PRIVACY & MARKETING

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you subscribe to our marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails.

We may share necessary customer information with payment providers, delivery services and other service providers to process and fulfil orders, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
